We very much hope for a successful outcome from this exciting, type to type union via AI, of beautiful Champion producing Afghan Hounds
This is a very exciting plan for Martina, Thomas and us here at Jahera, but of course AI can often result in no puppies at all, but we are keeping everything crossed can't we! We expect Scarlet to come into season any time soon, and the AI and litter will happen in Germany.
So, if we are lucky enough to have any puppies from this mating which is due to take place in the spring 2009 then we expect gorgeous pale golds with red saddles (yes really) and black and tans. If you are interested in a puppy from this one in a lifetime mating, some of the babies may be available to very special homes.
